Shipping Dimension Problem

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : USPS error: -2147218043 Unable to calculate international postage. No services available. According to the dimensions entered, your package is too large to be mailed

Failed to obtain shipping quotes.

A customer (international) received this message :

USPS error: -2147218043 Unable to calculate international postage. No services available. According to the dimensions entered, your package is too large to be mailed

Failed to obtain shipping quotes.

I went into USPS and created the shipment and it is fine. I need to know what size and dimensions hikashop is giving for this package because it should have went through.

The order process was,

Main Menu > Rack Case > Modern Race Case

Options: 16" deep > 5u > Tolex-Black Elephant > Recsesed black handles> Size- 5U

If you want to know what is sent to the USPS platform by the USPS shipping plugin you'll just have :
- Go to your shipping method configuration page via "Hikashop->System->Shipping methods"
- Set the "Debug" option to YES

- Try it again through your checkout workflow and check the HTML code of that page by pressing "F12"
