Can not Complete the Payment

Hello friendly staff hikashop
I'm trying to make the payment process to digital files download
The process is as follows:
1) Sign and Shopping
2) Address
3) Payment
4) State

I chose to pay with PayPal and bank transfer.

Problem:
When you click pay with paypal comes an error message
(see Attachment)
How can I do to fix it?

Hi Nicolas're having a problem cron. We can not automate the process via cron that does not trigger. an error message. tried in all ways also to read the documentation, but nothing to do. How can we solve that?

Hi,

I've checked your cron on our server and it's triggering fine.
You can activate the email notification in the settings of the cron tab of the HikaShop configuration in order to get notified each time our server notifies yours so that you can confirm that it works fine.

Hello Nicolas, I have tried in every way also following the documentation available but www.olosecosedizioni.com site does not trigger the automatic when you pay with paypal. I ask you please if you can give the access data to the site and see what does not work, you can? I am desperate!

I'm not following you ? What's the link between the cron not being triggered and the payment with PayPal ?
The HikaShop cron is being triggered on your website. That's a fact. Here is for example the debug we can see on our end for your cron:
take.ms/LLvS0
As you can see, it says that your website HikaShop cron is being triggered and also it returns the error "No file path specified" because you activated the HikaShop products cron update plugin but didn't configure a CSV file path in it.

HikaShop is triggered periodically, every 15 minutes, regardless of PayPal payments.
So if you have a problem it's either not linked to PayPal, or not linked to the cron.
We'll need you to explain what problem you have exactly because it's definitely not a problem of the cron not being triggered.

Ok. My problem is when users pay with paypal.
We use Hikashop for selling digital products (ebooks)
When the user goes to the checkout and pay with paypal, hikashop remains status "created order" instead of going to "Order Confirmed". Use the paypal plugin, because it does not happen by automatic transmission to CREATED ORDER ORDER CONFIRMED and its product to download when you purchase with paypal? The plugin is set to redirect user (return URL paypal) to Download ebook section, but this does not happen! Where am I wrong?

Hi,

You have turned on the "enable validation mode" setting of the PayPal payment method. When you do that, you need to validate your payments in your PayPal merchant account for the payments to be confirmed and HikaShop to be notified of the payment.
So if you want the order status to be confirmed automatically, you need to turn off that setting.

Also, if you still have your orders not being confirmed after that, then you have another problem with the payment notifications.

One thing is clear thought is that there is no link between your problem and the cron.

Hello Nicolas unfortunately after several dentativi something does not work and I really need your help.
This site aims to sell downloadable digital books, so no physical shipment, but download the product by the user after making payment. On the site there are two methods of payment:
Paypal and Bank Transfer.

By bank transfer, there are no problems, because after you receive the actual payment by bank transfer, within in hikashop and unlocking manually created by the state to confirm and inform the customer with the function hikashop offers.

problems arise when users pay with PayPal!
I wish that when they paid with paypal have access then to the download area (as I wrote in return paypal url plugin) but this does not happen and I do not understand why.

The site is developed with these steps:
1. Simple registration with email and password
2. Customer Infomation
3. Select a payment method
4. If by paypal to return to the product download area

Carry pictures of my hikashop configuration for the checkout with 1step, 2step, etc.

Hi,

The log you provided is the log from Joomla. In the documentation and in the link I gave, we talk about the "apache access log". That log cannot be accessed in the backend of your website and is normally not available with FTP either.
It might be available via your hosting cpanel but it depends on how it is configured.
If you don't know how to access the apache access log of your web server, please contact your hosting company to ask them what to do.

The file details or the cron task are not linked to the problem.
