Add to Cart button doesn't work

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.38
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all browser
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 1. 404 page not found: updatecart and uncaught Type error
2. jQuery is not defined and Fx.Slide is not a constructor

1. when click on "Add to Cart" button on the home page, 404 page not found: updatecart and uncaught Typeerror show.
2. When I'm at the checkout page, "jQuery is not defined and Fx.Slide is not a constructor" message display.

It can actually be coming from many things like cache/SEF issues so firstly, can you try it :
- Without any SEF option and module
- With the cache disabled and cleared

Also, can you try it after changing the value of the "Use AJAX when possible for add to cart buttons" option via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main" ?
