PayPal says we have stopped sending them the shipping addresses?

I just called Paypal and he tested it and thinks that we are having an issue where the shopping cart is not giving the shipping address to them. I have attached screenshots of before and after. So, previously the address would apparently show up and it was seller protection eligible and we could then click to print shipping label directly from each transaction.

In both instances HikaShop has stored the Shipping Address information. PayPal says that it is not receiving that from us now.

Do you have any idea why this might have stopped working?

I was using HikaShop 2.6.3 and just now upgraded to 2.6.4.

Hi,

In the PayPal payment method settings page, you can find the option "Customer address".
If you set it to "no address", HikaShop won't send the address to PayPal.
So it's probably what you did.
