Wrong emailadress is used for orders from webshop

Dear Hikashop,

A few years ago, I (a.k.a. D2R) created a hikashop webshop for my customer (a.k.a. Broodloods).


This week, "Broodloods" told me that if he receives orders, the email address shown in his outlook is my personal emailadress ("D2R").
So if the customers of "Broodloods" reply to the their order, the email is send to D2R, instead of Broodloods.

When I look into Hikashop -> Configuration -> Emails, i only see Broodloods's emailadresses, not my personal emailadress (D2R).

In Joomla configuration, I also see the emailadress of Broodloods.


Do you know the problem? Why is my personal emailadress showing and not the one from Broodloods?



I hope I made the problem clear for you. ALthough the website is not updated, the problem was since the beginning. My customer didnt inform that to me.
I added an attachment to make it clear.

Hi,

did you also check the settings in System->Emails?

By going to for example to the order creation notification e-mail, there's a third tab "Sender information" where you can set the reply-to e-mail address specifically for that email, your email address might still be in there.
