Selling Warranty/Add-ons?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4

Hi there, I'm trying to figure out a way to sell a product warranty. Is there any way to do this? Ideally it would show up as a checkmark right on the product page and be tied to the product. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

You could create a product option to do that:

It will however display as a dropdown not a checkbox.
With a checkbox, it would require a custom field of the table 'item' and the use of that plugin:
www.hikashop.com/forum/taxes/873285-fix-tax-import.html#190511
So that the plugin would use the value of the checkbox as a global fee added to the total during the checkout.
