No error message to the customer when "terms and condition" box is not checked

When a customer reaches step 4 of the checkout process he has to select one of the payment methods and under the payments there is the checkbox for "terms and conditions". If the customer does not check this box and clicks on the "buy" button the shop stays on the same page which is corret, but the customer get no info why the buying process does not proceed. The customer will not be informed that he forgott to check the "terms ans servcie" box.

Can you help me with this?

Hi,

It might be linked to your Joomla template. Try with the default Joomla template. If you see the message, then you'll have to check with your template provider. There is probably a setting to activate in the template to display the messages:

Hi Nicolas,

thank you for your hint. Of course i stated the same question in the templaza support area.
As you mentioned, there was no message-block in the template. Now i activated one and the problem is gone!!
