Product quantity get's changed

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox

We are facing a random with the cart/checkout process. Customers complained that they added a product with quantity 1 or 2 but after checkout they realized the amount charged for 3-4 products also the order email show quantity 3-4 and the admin orders do the same.
This is very strange, we did some tests at our end but could not replicate this issue but we getting emails from couple of emails from different customer with the same reason. Can you please help?

Also we have checked the settings "Minimum quantity per order" = 0 and "Maximum quantity per order" = Unlimited

Hello,

I just tested it through your website with the "Jade Tunic White 12" product and it worked fine, only 1 product was added to the cart.

Can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again ?

I mentioned that this is a random issue and faced by few customers only and this is the reason we are not able to replicate/fix it.

Hello,

By "test it", I think Mohamed means see if the issue for some of your customers disappear, of course that will take time to check this point.
Your HikaShop version is very old, and you have to know that right now we are on the 2.6.4, and lots of changes have been add, and especially on the checkout process.

Your issue isn't known by our team, and so it's just a guess but maybe some php function are deprecated or unused right now...
But without knowledge on how reproduce we can't be sure of it.

Other possible root issue, some custom code, directly in HikaShop files ? in override checkout view ?
Last idea, maybe a plugin is in conflict with HikaShop (recent plugin that works with an old HikaShop version ?...)

Hope this few idea can help you to solve this.
