The order details interface is only available for logged in users, for security reasons.
So there is no easy solution in that case.
You would have to edit the file "after_end" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display>Views and add custom code to load the order details and display everything yourself. You can base yourself on the order/show view file, but it won't be easy unless you're a developer.
