Blank page on confirming order / no e-mails / happened suddenly

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.6
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Both are enabled, no error to see, only blank page/window

Hi,

Suddenly my website is giving a long loading time on confirming the order, and after loading, it results in a blank page, instead of confirmation screen. I can't force an error to appear, even though everything is enabled.. (Debug on, error reporting maximum, php errors in webhosting panel)
The order is perfectly registered in the order list on backend, but no mails are sent to customer or admin notification e-mail address. It looks an issue on sending the mail, as changing the order status on backend, gives a blank page too after confirming, with notify customer on YES :(..
PHPMail from Joomla is working correctly.
Updated both Joomla & Hikashop to latest versions, but it didn't solve the issue.

Hi,

If you check all your error logs and you are sure that you do not have any PHP error ; you should take a look at your plugins to verify that you do not have a custom plugin which could generate a problem.
A blank page is generally a PHP fatal error but it can also be a "die" or an "exit" generated by a plugin.
But the common issue is mostly the PHP fatal error.
