Hi Hikashop,

I have a shop with only one product.
So i thought i do not need a subscription for support.
If feel like i must buy support first let me know.

I think i only have little things on startup.

1. If a customer does an order and he is canceling the order and does make an oder again there is no shipping costs.
2. Sometimes the Incoice adress title is coming multiple times.
This is not even a variable because i added the name in dutch like 'Factuur adres'
How can this come in multiple times?

Feedback:
The design of the checkout email is so bad that i would never give it to customers as a designer company.
Woocommerce does have a fabulous design of all those notifications.
For my boss it is a reason to go to woocommerce only because everything is beautifully to the customer out of the box.
Now i work sometimes hours on a notification message to make it nice and responsive.
I know joomla is not really doing allot of things beautiful out of the box (parameters are more important haha) but i think that is a reason for allot designers stick at Wordpress (i like Joomla more ;-)

Hi,

1. That's something we already fixed on our end last week. Download the install package on our website and replace the file components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php by the one in the folder front/controllers/ of the install package and it should work fine.

2. I'm not able to reproduce the problem but it doesn't look like you're using the normal emails of HikaShop. Did you modify the code of the HTML version of the emails ? If you revert to the default version, do you still have the problem ?

3. Order notification emails look like that by default with HikaShop: take.ms/H9xHP
So what you see on your screenshot is not how the emails are supposed to look by default. While it might not appeal to everyone, they look beautiful enough to me and the emails are responsive too.

1. Great thanks for the update!

2. Well maybe but still it is weird

3. Well design is personal but if you ask me its not 2016 design ;-)
I would like it more if it looks as your email notification design on this message.
A customizer would be nice like this:

Hello,

2. If you have an issue with the way your emails are shown it's probably coming from your customization, did you tried it with the default version of these emails ?

3. Thank you for your feedback ! We'll keep that in mind. However, in my opinion I personally think that the default Hikashop email template looks better than the one displayed in your screenshot.

Note that it's a "template" so you're free to totally customize your Email displaying using some design skills.
