Website menu not visible on the payment page.

Hi support,

I have a problem on the checkout steps. I have seen that at some point (step) during the checkout the website menu disappears.

The disappearing is always on the page (step) where the payment must be selected. In my case is just payment with Credit Card and no other options requested. I tried to move the payment to be on some other step to see if is because of the step-2 in the URL but also if is moved to step 3 will be then the same. Always on the page with payment.

After when I go to the next step everything is ok.

Please let me know how to fix.

Hi,

This looks like a javascript conflict on your page between the menu javascript and the javascript of the payment selector.
It's probably a conflict between Mootools and jQuery so try installing and enabling the extension jQuery Easy:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/jquery-easy
