Change wording for 'email address already used'

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Email address already used

I would like to change the message Email address already used to "Email address already used. Clear your browser’s cache and try again. Please contact the office if you need further assistance."

Where do I do that? I checked the language file but cannot find that specific error in order to create an override.
