Checkout redirection to bank provider is not automatic

Hello

I set up a little payment page to get customers bills easily paid, but after cart validation and credit card selection users should be redirected automatically to the bank provider but after waiting a long time nothing happen so we have to click on the button to get bank interface and pay the bill. (please see attachments).

I use systempay with hikashop as bank provider
