There is only one payment method and its not auto selecting

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4

I have only one payment method enabled and published, order - 1, auto submit - yes. And its still not selecting this payment method. What to check next?

Hi,

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of your payment method, of the checkout tab of the HikaShop configuration and provide a link of the shop to look at the result on the checkout ?

There is something strange, because I go to your website, and process to a checkout test, and from my side the payment method is pre-selected, see by yourself :



Can you process some test yourself, or maybe give more information in order to be be able to reproduce the issue on our side, and understand what's going on.

that is really strange, i used two computers in different locations, i still cant get payment method to autoselect

I've done a test myself and like Philip I'm not able to reproduce the problem.
Could it be linked to your user account ? Or the browser you're using ?

Hi,

In order to help and that topic author is from same country I have done test checkout too. At first when I came up selected payment method in checkout status view wasn't showing. Then I have registered and selected payment method has showed up. Couldn't it be that there is issue with checkout status view?

Ok, so the problem is before or after you login, but not after you register (which is what we looked at on our end).
I don't see why you would get that.
Do you have the issue if you use another payment method like check or collect on delivery ?
Updating to HikaShop 3 with the new checkout system will also probably help but since it's a brand new checkout system, you might get some issues with it when you update so be careful if you want to try that and test the update first on a copy of the website.

Yes try to process some new tests like Nicolas said :

"Do you have the issue if you use another payment method like check or collect on delivery ?"


If with these others payments methods your issue disappear that will able us to better understand root issue.

What do you mean by nothing ? Do you mean that it worked ? Or that it didn't ?
What if you delete your payment method and recreate a new one ? Maybe that will help ?
