Fields in checkout form disappear when log out

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.35
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome

Please help,
Form is done but when I switch Joomla site to online, in the form remains only shipping methods.

PS : Please do not use "newest" as the HikaShop version number ; it is not a number and the information is really not accurate ; specially when we have a beta program and a release to come.

ok, sorry, I updated informations about versions.
the problem is on this site:
dev-domplan.active-world.pl/projekt/noelia-bis
the checkout site doesn't display form fields, only shipping methods. I was working on this site offline.When I turned online - all fields disappeared..

Hi,

I would recommend to check the "checkout workflow" setting under the "checkout" tab of the HikaShop configuration.
From what I can see on your checkout, it seems that the "login" view has been removed from that option.
