Prices & Total Prices show free when check out Qty < setting "Min Qty"

Hi,
I set the Min Qty in Product to my site, and in the check out page, when buying Qty < Min Qty, it shows free!
Could you tell me if any of my setting was wrong? Thanks.

config of price.png is my setting
order status1.png is check out page that Buying Qty < Min Qty, it shows free and counts free.
order status2.png is check out page that Buying Qty >= Min Qty, it is correct.
