Error: You need to be logged as vendor to buy the product: Basic Vendor

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Buyers cant checkout

Vendors can't checkout on our site. they get the error above and it has almost escalated.
We have looked everywhere to ensure that any user that get to payment checkout stage can complete purchase without hindrance

Please help.

Hi,

For question related to HikaMarket, please use the HikaMarket section for the forum.

Your product "basic product" has been configured to use the plugin "vendor group after purchase".
That plugin is there to change the vendor user group after the product is bought ; so it means that only vendor have the right to buy his product.
