Failed to finalize the order

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.0

Hi just downloaded latest archive of hikashop and appear the following problem: when you try to finalize an order page just updated. Console errors do not show anything. The archive of 1 February no problem.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not have the problem and no one else reported such problem.
Since the 1st, we made two fixes regarding the order creation process:
- The item custom fields were not added to the order upon creation
- When the cart view is submitted, the error messages are properly displayed if any.
I don't see why any of these would prevent the order creation from working.
So we would need more information to be able to look at the problem.
Ideally, if you could provide a backend access and a link to the shop with the steps to reproduce the problem it would greatly help understand what's wrong.

Hello,

Can you give us a way to proceed, because I have this error again, to be clear when I add a product (actually the only game 1$) your site crash...And I get the white page and the error message.

For this specific case, can you switch on the Joomla Debug mode in order to maybe have more details about this white screen.

But to me, it look like a plugin conflict with HikaShop.
From this, hard to progress on your issue.

Hi I'll check this problem and will write again. I do not want to somehow restrict you, but since my server is personal, I made a maximum protection of the system and it apparently makes problems now. I turned off the Admin tools but it apparently does not solve the problem. Now I will reinstall the site and add your IP in white list server because obviously there come blocking and admin tools.

I just downloaded latest archive and saw that the finalization of the order is already working. Thank you very much. :)
Philip I'll add you to the original site (this was only a test) in the future if there is any problem, you can work normally. I once again apologize for the difficulties encountered in the beginning, but I want to sleep peacefully and am forced to increase protection of the maximum level.
