"Force a menu on the checkout" option isnt working with 3.00

-- Joomla version -- : 2.6.5

My "Force a menu on the checkout" menu which is a hidden menu doesn't work unless I put the
"Checkout legacy" Button to Yes then the force to menu button works. With "checkout Legacy" option set to YES it creates a new and even larger problem which is it doesn't allow a user to input any credit card info as there is no display box shown to get users Credit info, and they are at a dead end with no way to checkout. When I put the "Checkout Legacy" button back to NO then my force to menu doesnt work but they are allowed to input CC and still make purchase.

So currently I am stuck without a way to "force a menu on checkout" which makes my checkout page look very busy messy and quite confusing with tons of extra modules that arent needed or wanted. Please help me figure out a solution for this. Thanks!

I am intrigued with many of the new upgrades to 3.00 and I am sure we will both be glad once all the kinks are smoothed out. Thanks for your help!

Name of file: com_hikashop_essential_v3.0.0_2017-02-13_19-06-18.tar.gz Should give you the build number? Nothing on my site shows me build number just version.

It only seems to work for me when checkout legacy is turned on see first post for more info on that. I attached a image of my settings pertaining to force checkout, maybe you can see something I cant.
