Subscribe on checkout registration checked by default!

On "Register" and "Guest" checkout login form there is checkbox that is by default checked and its labels "Would you want to subscribe?" and "Newsletter" need to be translated in german. I cant find the way of changing that!

This is how checkout configuration on hikashoop and front end looks like (see pics).
