Deleting last product in checkout causes 404 error

I have an 404 error when I delete the last item in the cart, during checkout step 1.

I tried to deactivated Regular Labs plugins installed recently, but it doesn't change anything.

I done some changes on cart/product view, but I don't know if this is the cause of this problem.

I didn't change anything on cart/checkout view.
