No longer receive any mails after ordering

Hello

Everytime I ordered something to test, I received an e-mail. Then I did some changes to the nl language file, to make the e-mail bether. But suddely, I did no longer receive any emails. When I look into my email history, the mails are correctly sent ... but yet I didn't receive anything in my mailbox, even the customer didn't ...

I contacted my webhosting, but they didn't change anything. The emails are also not in my spam folder ...

Is there someone who can help me? (I'm willing to pay if you want, because i'm really desperate at the moment ...) :(

Hi,

If the email is in the email history of HikaShop, then HikaShop sent it to the email server.
Send a screenshot of the email history for the email you have a problem with all the details to your hosting company and ask them to check the log of their email server because you didn't receive it.
They should be able to either tell you that the email was sent successfully (pointing to a spam problem), or that it couldn't be sent, and the reason why.
On HikaShop's end, if the email is in the history, it means that the email was sent and HikaShop doesn't have any information about the email after it sent it to the email server.

Apperently the customer does receive the e-mails. Now I changed my emailaddress and now I also receive them ... very strange!
