-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1

Hello,

I noticed problem when product page have variants. It was working fine before.
- It doesnt set limit when u try to add quantity like before. For example, I have quantity 2(1+1 by variants). I can add it now multiply times without problem.
- Also, when u add for example variant only 1 time, and try to increase it from Cart it totally remove product from cart instead to show message that limit is reached. Instead its redirecting to page that cart is empty. If I have 2 products it ll not redirect, but it ll totally remove that product from cart
- I can finish order without problem even quantity is not right.

Hi,

1. I've checked on your link and I'm actually not able to add the product to the cart when ordering more than 1. So I'm not sure what you're saying ?

2. I do see the problem on your website.

3. I didn't understand what you mean ?

Could you provide a screenshot of the product settings, a screenshot of each variant settings, a screenshot of the limits (in Products>Limits) if any ?

Hello again :)

Sorry for my English, I ll try to explain it better

I have 2 types of characteristics. One is by size, other is with color.

By size: bebili.rs/odeca-za-bebe-devojcice/hajdi-...be-sa-prslukom-power

Setting quantity=2, variant 80=1, variant 86=1. I checked and noticed different behavior
depending on how u adding product.
if u adding 1 by 1 (clicking multiple times on add to cart with quantity 1) it's allowing u to add multi. times
if u adding with few pcs at once (for example 3 pcs) it ll show message "not enough stock for product"
In second example it does show some warning, but it's also changing link in cart (giving 404 error)

By color: bebili.rs/varalice-za-bebe-6-18-meseci/t...8-meseci-nocne-2-u-1
Setting> quantity: 4, roze=2, plave=2.
When u try to add 3pcs variant roze (one by one), it ll add first 2 normal (cos there is 2 in stock), but on 3rd it ll empty cart and give 404 error

3. I meant that when I am able to add multi pcs in cart and finish order without problem, thought it should stop me.

I don't have anything on product>limitation

Note, that settings were working normal before 3.0.0

If it ll be easyer for u, I can give u backend access to check it out.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the extra information.
I was able to reproduce the issues and added some patches to fix that.
Download again the install package on our website and install it on yours and try again.
That should then work properly.

Hello,

It's fixed :)

I noticed some different issue with variants which is not connected to this topic.

When I unpublish some variant it's still getting displayed in frontend. It was working fine before 3.0.0.

Hello,

Yes, you can create a separate topic but for sure, you have to provide more details about your issue and ways to reproduce it.
