Creating NEW address with wrong VAT number no feedback

Hi Hikashopteam,

When I create a NEW address at the checkout and I use a wrong VAT number there is NO feedback.
You can save it but without a feedback it's closing the form and you don't have an extra address.
So you start over and over again and never know why you can't create a new address.

See movie where I first create a new address with a wrong VAT number and the second time with a Valid VAT number.
