Error with add to cart legacy

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox 51

Hi
i have problem with add to cart legacy!

in hikashop 3.0.1 you have added advanced setting > add to cart legacy!
when i turn it off it works well on hika product page like your demo.hikashop.com products (popup message on the corner of page and ..) BUT the problem is here: when i add product to the Joomla content for example : {product 31|cart|pricedis3|pricetax1} , add to cart button does not work like product page!!! after clicking on it you see nothing has happened ( the product has been added to cart but you don't know because you don't see any reaction of clicking add to cart button) actually add to cart button on joomla content page dose not work like hika products page!

So i have turn it on to use like before hika 3 . please help me how to solve this problem i want to use new hika 3 add to button system!

Hi,

We don't have the problem on our end.
Please provide a link to the page with the add to cart button within an article which doesn't have the notification popup so that we can analyse the situation.

hika shop setting > advanced > add to cart legacy > OFF



as you see it works on hika own product page but it does not work on article page
i need it immediately because I must turn legacy on for mu customers

Hello,

The first link you gave needs credentials.
Regarding the fact that you're using a content tag ; it is possible that depending the context, the new "add to cart" system cannot be used and the legacy system will be place system.
