errors on hikashop

A plugin cancelled the creation/update of the order without displaying any error message.

when i make a order and click finish the order dosent process and this comes up

and earlier when i made a order on the order side of hikashop it just comes up cancel how to make it when someone makes a order and waiting for payment to go through it goes to pending

I'm sorry but if you have the message

A plugin cancelled the creation/update of the order without displaying any error message.

It really means that there is a plugin which do not authorize the order creation and HikaShop do not have any possibility or knowledge to know which plugin is doing that.
And if a plugin do not authorize the order creation ; the order creation is cancelled.

Now, in all plugins we provide in HikaShop ; we made sure that each time an order created is refused, we display a message to the customer ; so we think it's not an official HikaShop plugin.

It works in my digital downloads useing paypal plugin with no shiping but real products still useing paypal but shipping manual it dosent work

So the best solution will be to directly search for the plugin that is causing that issue.
Also, can you give us more information about what you exactly mean by :

I have the same problem today.
I tried to unbublish one by one all plugins (payment, shipping..) but it still goes the same

A plugin cancelled the update of the order product without displaying any error message.
Please make an order to check, because its a production website and running on advertising hubs

So, first cancel this order to avoid managing issue, and it's true my first attempt didn't work but the second succeed...
In order to better process tests, can you provide a step by step way to reach the issue, because test all order possibilities will be too long for us.
