Quantity box is to small to show the amount

This issue comes from the CSS of your Joomla template which adds padding to the fields for style and since that field is quite narrow, the value in it in not visible anymore.
Without a link to the page to be able to look at the CSS of the template, I can't say what to do exactly. But it can be solved by modifying the CSS of the template. You might want to contact your template provider about that.
