Problem with address

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 53.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Not error message - problem

Hi
I have a problem after registration.

1. User Registers - All good
2. User Logs in - All good
3. User orders product on site - all good.
4. User goes to checkout all good until we get to Shipping

The Address that the user entered at the time of registration is not in the list of addresses. The address is empty, so the user needs to then re- fill the address details again. [This is the issue I want to fix please.]

What have I missed that is not allowing the address details at registration to not come across to Hikashop address.

Any help or direction on where I might fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

The issue is that you're using the Joomla registration page, and thus the joomla address fields, which are different from the HikaShop address fields.
You should activate the "Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop plugin" via the Joomla plugins manager in order to use the HikaShop registration form.
That way, the address the customer will enter when registering on the registration form of your website will be saved as a HikaShop address automatically.

everything with the registration is now working fine, thank you.

However I have lost the Recaptcha that was working.

1. I have installed the Hikashop recaptcha and set it up, but it is not showing on the registration page.
2. I disabled the Joomla Recaptcha plugin and still no success

Any further advice would be appreciated.

Through out the day I have done the following:

I have read and followed the documentation listed below without any luck:
Integration with recaptcha
I read through this thread and checked that the Joomla Recaptcha was deactivated in the plugin and also under User manager recaptcha - set to none selected, with no change to the page:
Thread - recaptcha-plugin-on-registration.

I am not sure what else to do, your advice and direction would be greatly appreciated.
