I have a problem with the hikashop。When I press down the button“proceed to checkout”，the checkout page is blank。I have the latest stable version of HikaShop Starter: 3.0.1. I don"t find the file "templates/my_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/cart.php". I want to keep My template,so what should I do?can you help me?Thank you very much!

Hi,

Try again to access the checkout after activating the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration.
That should provide an error message on that blank which will contain crutial information in order to understand what's going on and tell you what you should do.

Hi,

And did you also activate the error reporting ?
If you can't get the error to show, then you'll have to open the PHP error log of your server and look for the error message (likely a fatal error) in there. You might have to ask your hosting company on how to get that PHP error log.
