-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 53.0.3

HI all

I have a problem and i hope someone will be able to help me..

What i would like to do is stop people from making accouts and just be able to pay for the goods...

1 so insted of making an account just check out with there name, address ect ect .

Hi,

In that case, you can set the "registration" option to "guest" under the checkout tab of the HikaShop configuration.
That way, the customers won't have to create user accounts in order to pay for their goods.

Hi

Thanks for the help but when i do that it comes up with this message --- Message
You cannot proceed to a guest checkout as some of the products in your cart require a registration to our website. Please register an account or remove these products from your cart in order to proceed.

Can you please help me and tell me how to fix my problem.

Hello,

Some of your product are using the "group after purchase" feature ; so it require that the user is a regular Joomla user.
Otherwise, the feature/plugin won't be able to do his job ; it can't change the user group to a guest account because there is no user.

How to i turn off the group after purchase plugin so that customers can just buy and not forced to make an account...

Hello,

The plugin is called "HikaShop group plugin".
Afterwards, it would be best to configure correctly your products than just unpublishing the plugin.
