Checkout page layout all messed up

The checkout page for login and new registration is all muddled up. This happens on my site, and also is happening on HikaShop demo version at :

demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/...kout/task-show/cid-2

Click on Registration button to see the layout issue -- with all labels pushed to the right of the fields.\

How can we fix this on our instance?
