Terms not showing up

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 60.0.3112.24

Terms are not showing up of you open it. Page is only fading out but the modal doesn't show up. I added the terms the good way (Main configuration page -> Checkout).

Hi,

The problem is that you've selected the "bootstrap" popup in the settings of the HikaShop configuration but your template doesn't support fully the bootstrap 2 modal system.
Revert to the default "vex" popup and it should display properly.
