First page of checkout is blank, but not always

Hello,

I have issue with the checkout

1) I add item to the cart and I go to the checkout, everything is fine
2) I refresh page, the page is blank

I have also second trouble, if somebody finishes the order, sometimes the custom fields are saved, sometimes now, they are simply blank, even if I fill it.


Don't you know, what can cause this weird issue?

yes I can.

I must say that it worked fine few days ago, but now it does not.
blank page issue fixed, it was because of excluding checkout of cache


issue - don't saving custom fields (i tried to remove them and add them again, no effect)
1) visit page elody.cz/obchod/vse/model-1150
2) click biggest button (with Objednat next)
3) click first button in popup dialog
4) finish order
5) in confirmation email, the custom fields are missing, as well as in backend

I helped me to solve this out. The problem was in settings of those custom fields. They were turned off for showing from administration and emails.
