Links - Url - on the Checkout and Basket are wrong

The links are not wrong as far as I can see. They work just fine on your website.
If by "wrong", you mean "different from the link on the listing of the products", then yes, that's normal.
It's like that be default.
There are two things I want to say about that:
1. Why is that a problem ? The links work for normal customers and they won't be indexed by search engines since search engines won't add products to cart or checkout on your website. So in most cases it shouldn't matter.
2. Now in some cases, I agree that it would be best to have the same links. The problem is that the way the SEF system of Joomla is done, HikaShop, on the checkout or the cart cannot accurately guess what should be the "correct" URL you want. A solution to that is for you to set the "canonical URL" of your product with the URL you want and then activate the "force canonical URL on listings" setting in the HikaShop configuration. That way, HikaShop will use that link on the products listings and the cart, the checkout, etc, and it will even improve your SEO as having a canonical URL for your pages usually helps.

1. That's right, you need to set the URL in each product.

2. You can force the canonical URL with the "force canonical URL on listings" setting in the HikaShop configuration, as I said in my previous message. It's in the "features" tab there.

3. It happens because of the way the SEF system of Joomla is done. The "book" part in the URL is actually not the category name but the alias of the menu item. So if you configure your website that the menu item on the checkout is the menu item "book", then all the products link in the cart of the checkout will have that book menu item alias in the URL and not the menu alias of the category of the product page because the system doesn't know where from you accessed the product.
