How to add "Terms & Conditions"?

Hi there,

I've tried a lot myself and tried to find solutions over here as well – without any result, so I need to bother you.

I've created an K2 articel for my terms & conditions. Under "checkout" > "terms" I've clicked on "select" but no result was found (pop-up showed no article -> a missing connection to K2 articles?). So I just typed the article ID into the field but no success. Please let me know how to add my article to it.
