Order notification emails

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5

We are having a problem with order notifications. When an order is put through with different addresses (shipping and billing) they are only showing up on the notifications as the billing address

We do, but even removing those hasn't fixed the problem

Hi,

As Jerome hinted at, this reminds me of a problem of an old version of HikaShop and this was later fixed, but if you're using an email preload customization from an old version it would explain you still have the problem with the latest version of HikaShop.

So what you say "removing those", do you mean that you tried removing the preload customization of the emails ?
