It is very confusing that you say that I have caching or server issues yet you have done no investigation whatsoever. You don't even have any logins!!
Caching is off. Jch is also off. Furthermore we have no server based caching enabled. Our server is reliable and running about 4 dozen other sites without issue (I know the doesn't mean it's not at fault,however we have a managed vps thru siteground n they would happily fix any issues tho none are being reported.)
Perhaps you can specifically provide me with something I can work with to resolve the issue rather than a blanket statement. Why doesn't my server work with your software. What caching is casusing the issue... as we have none enabled on our test server.
Furthermore, these issues are ONLY happening when we enable the new version of the checkout / cart system for hika3.0. but we cannot tell why this is happening we have tried disabling everything we can, and we really are relying ojn your to support your product, you dont even have to fix it i just need to know what the problem is so i can get someone onto it.... i mean, its your software, its not working... a little help would be nice, this is why we renew, so we can use the features and get support... yet, we cant seem to get either????
