using new v3 checkout just reloads checkout page when press finish

when add to cart, when press finish (after registration/login) on my checkout page, the page just reloads to "/quick-checkout/checkout/task-show/cid-1" and cannnot ever progress to payment???

please advise? (we are using latest hika with new cart version, it works fine in legacy cart)

I don't know how your website is configured but I couldn't add products into the cart (cache issue I guess) and when I found a working case ; your system told me that I was a spammer...

please goto: URL REDACTED (sorry not .au as that will redirect you to the main live site not our dev site)

i am very concerned if your having issues adding to cart on our main site, we have no issues adding to cart on our main site. can you advise how you created this issue? (waht happens when you add to cart etc), can you advise what browser your using?

the URL REDACTED which is the one with legacy checkout off is the one wiht the issue (it is a duplicate which has compression tools (jch) disabled and admintools disabled.

Hello,

I just tried to add products into the cart but the cart stayed empty.
My browser is working perfectly good, cache disabled and cookie authorized during the session.
It really looks like you have server/caching issues and we can't deal with them.
Please understand that it is far beyond the support we can provide.

And knowing that we can't even add a product into the cart, we can't see the checkout page at all.

It is very confusing that you say that I have caching or server issues yet you have done no investigation whatsoever. You don't even have any logins!!

Caching is off. Jch is also off. Furthermore we have no server based caching enabled. Our server is reliable and running about 4 dozen other sites without issue (I know the doesn't mean it's not at fault,however we have a managed vps thru siteground n they would happily fix any issues tho none are being reported.)

Perhaps you can specifically provide me with something I can work with to resolve the issue rather than a blanket statement. Why doesn't my server work with your software. What caching is casusing the issue... as we have none enabled on our test server.

Furthermore, these issues are ONLY happening when we enable the new version of the checkout / cart system for hika3.0. but we cannot tell why this is happening we have tried disabling everything we can, and we really are relying ojn your to support your product, you dont even have to fix it i just need to know what the problem is so i can get someone onto it.... i mean, its your software, its not working... a little help would be nice, this is why we renew, so we can use the features and get support... yet, we cant seem to get either????

Hi,

I'm not sure what Jerome did, but on my tests, I had no problem adding the products to the cart. And I was indeed stuck at the end of your checkout.
Actually, the issue is something we've already fixed. You just need to update your HikaShop and the latest version and it should work fine.
