Shipping charge not updating in cart when changed.

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Google Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have two options for shipping (flat rate) $0 or $15.

The cart totals do not update when I select the different options.

There is also no "update" button except for the quantity refresh button but this does not work unless you change the quantity.

Is the cart total supposed to change when you select the alternate shipping option or am I missing something?
