Making the checkout final step more intuitive

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.31

This shop is offering two Payment Methods - eWay Rapid and PayPal (Hikashop PayPal payment plugin).

At the final checkout step, the user must click on the Payment Method and then click the Finish button.

Is it possible to make things more intuitive (and less clicks) by having them click on the Payment Method then this takes them to the relevant payment gateway?

Or any other solutions to make the final checkout step more elegant and user friendly. I have attached a screenshot so you can see an example.

Hello,

Regarding your screenshot I think that you're using the legacy version of the checkout.
In order to get a more intuitive interface ; best would be to use the new checkout system :
