Hi Hikashop

I get 2 email notifications “The order is now created.”

Going to 2 separate addresses?

Any idea how this could happen?

I have double checked email addresses here:

Components>Hikashop>System>>Configuration>Email = This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

ie “Order creation admin notifications email address” is set to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Also Components>HikaMarket>Your Vendor>Main Information> is set to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

And yet I get a second email notifications “The order is now created.” going to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Any ideas where this is coming from?

thanks

Paul

b) it is not normal and you do not know why?

Hi,

It doesn't do that by default. It only send that email to one email address.
However, it's possible to change the settings that you talked about to send it to several email addresses by adding there several email addresses separated by a comma.
But you say you don't have that.
Which is why I was saying that I don't know why it does that on your website since you already checked the things that I would tell you to look at.
So it must be something else that cases it, but I don't know what it could be.
A third party extension, like AcyMailing for example, can modify the emails sent by other extensions so it could potentially be that.
Or it could be that the email was customized in the past in order to do that.

Hello,

Yes you last test created two orders for the same "hour", but the previous one, you can see that there is few minutes between.
So I don't think that HikaShop (or HikaMarket) is duplicating the orders. Afterwards, it could be something related to a plugin ; some payment plugin can create orders in HikaShop (like paypal express, amazon checkout...)
