edit confirmation mails sent to customers?

Hi,

I just cannot find any way to edit those e-mails sent to customers after they placed an order in hikashop. Is it possible to edit those mails in hikashop starter or ist it only possible for paid versions? The most important edit that I needed to do is to add a line that tells the customer that we do not calculate any taxes and why. This is sentence is regulated by law and must be placed on any payment information....

When you create a subject in our forum ; please fill the field in the first step, it gave useful information to our support team in order to answer you more precisely.
I can see that you have an expired HikaShop Business license. so I think that you got access to the email edition in the past.
Yes, the email edition is a feature of HikaShop Business, as it is written in our documentation (last line in the "description") :
