Hi
For some reason the "Add to Cart" button not functioning when using mobile. However it is working well on desktop.
Any idea how I can solve this problem.

While trying to find a solution, I noted that the behaviour of the "Add to Cart" button relies on the type of connection. For Mobile Data, it seems that it doesn't work but using a secure network (for example at home) then it functions well. Not sure why?

Hi,

For me, your add to cart button doesn't work either on my computer.
The add to cart ajax request returns an error :
monosnap.com/file/XmXqbLmTqzbNe3tmEHHPMnNaOhlqSF
This looks like an issue with a security component.
Try deactivating the ones you have one by one and try each time to see which one generates the problem so that we can know more about the problem.

I am using Akeeba Admin Tools, I will check with them and pass your message about AJAX. Will attempt to disable all possible security issues.

It seems to have boiled down to the Admin Tools of Akeeba and the new template I am trying to use (RNSHOP), any suggestion from your side?

Take a look at this setting in Akeeba Admin Tools and make sure you have ajax included in the list: cl.ly/0q0P3q2u1g3F

Hi,

I don't see why the template would be linked to that.
I would recommend updating to HikaShop 3.2.0.
As you can read on our change log:
"We've replaced tmpl=ajax by tmpl=raw in the URL parameters of AJAX requests to avoid issues with some security extensions."

Adding AJAX to the allowed list in Akeeba seems to have resolved the issue. Many thanks
