Hello,
I use invited customer option without registration, Its impossible to uncheck "Allow registration after a checkout", so the client recieves the email confirmation with the link to register on the site after payment.
I would like to either change the option to "no" or delete this link in the mail.

in this case, I wish also allow the customer to re-register his contact informations, even they are already stored in base, without to be blocked. Where is the way to modify it ?

Best regards
Alain

Hi,

Why do you say you can't deactivate it ? I tried on my end and it works just fine.
Could you provide more details on what goes wrong when you try ?
You have an error message ?
Can you do some screenshots maybe ?

You could also empty the translation key:
CLICK_HERE_TO_EASILY_CREATE_YOUR_USER_ACCOUNT="Click here to easily create your user account on our website. That way, next time you purchase on our online shop, you won't have to reenter your address."
with a translation override in order to remove the link:

Hello,
As you can see on the screenshot at prntscr.com/goscqp , you have no way to change this parameter (on different browsers)
So for the moment i'll empty the text...

what about the 2nd part of question ? (I wish also allow the customer to re-register his contact informations, even they are already stored in base, without to be blocked. Where is the way to modify it ?

Best regards
Alain

Hello,

1.

As you can see on the screenshot at prntscr.com/goscqp , you have no way to change this parameter (on different browsers)
So for the moment i'll empty the text...

As it's said on the message you should also check the "Guest" checkbox through the "Registration" option.

2. After registering, your customer will be free to "re-enter" his user infirmation through the "Customer account" section of the "User control panel".

Hi,
i still have the problem you didnt answer : "I wish also allow the customer to re-register his contact informations, even they are already stored in base, without to be blocked. Where is the way to modify it ?"
In parameters, "invited" is cheked, but if he restarts his order, he re-enters his coordinates (email, adress...) but the system blocks with the message "E-mail address already used" ... How to avoid it ?
Best regards

Hi,

Once a customer creates a Joomla user account, be it via the Joomla registration or the HikaShop registration, he can't register againt with the same email address. And we can't allow him to do a guest checkout with an email address from a Joomla user account since otherwise, he would have access to the information of the user account without being properly logged in.
In that case, he should log with his user account.
However, if the customer didn't register, and only did a guest checkout, he will be able to do a guest checkout again with the same email address, and register if he wishes.
