Change the default country in checkout

Hi,
in my checkout page, in the registration part has always as default the country "France".
I would like to change it into "Germany" as default. (see Screenshot)

So I would like to change:
<option value="country_France_73" id="address_country_country_France_73" selected="selected">France</option>
I want to remove the selected="selected" here and write instead:
<option value="country_Germany_81" id="address_country_country_Germany_81" selected="selected">Germany (Deutschland)</option>

But I cant find the file where I can do that. Could you say me the exact file name or folder where I can find it?
