-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.24
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 10.1.2
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : TCPDF ERROR: Image] Unable to get the size of the image: www.staging1.bigpicltd.com/components/co...5b989d16ffee42639bd2

I set up a staging site to test out the latest joomla update 3.8. I initially had an issue where the credit card information was being erased whenever I clicked "next". I updated from hikashop business 3.2 to 3.2.1 and now the credit card infor saves but I get the error noted. Payments are processing as expected.

My live site is running joomla 3.7 and hikashop 3.2 and I am having and issue where after checkout I get a 404 page not found error and a list of issues. See attachment for errors noted. Payments are processing as expected.

Also, if Pay in store(cash on delivery) is selected in either version of the site there is no issue.

Lastly there are too many steps on my check out. The first screen requires visitors to enter a payment method and email address. The user then clicks next and gets prompted to enter their address. They then click finish which summarizes the info inputted. They then have to hit finish again to process the payment. Is there a way to either rename the first finish button "Review order"?

Hi,

If you look at the URL of that page in the address bar, you can see twice the domain name in the URL.
That indicate that somewhere in HikaShop or your merchant account, you've configured a redirection URL without adding the http:// before the domain name. Because of that, the system thinks that you've given it a relative URL on your website and prepend it with the URL of your website.
So you need to find the "redirect"/"return"/etc URL setting where you've done that in order to fix the URL and it should then work properly.

Regarding the optimization of your checkout, I would recommend to turn off the "checkout legacy" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to use the new checkout of HikaShop 3. It works much better than the old one you're using and should help with the "next/finish" buttons.
