Postcode is not in correct order on checkout

Hi there

I have updated the three files (address_template) and also the dashboard "Address Format" to all reflect the right layout. Yet on the live site, the changes are not reflecting these changes and the Post Code comes before the City ( weird that you build the list this way as no address in the known world has the postcode / Zip Code before the city in an address format)

Any thoughts on why the front end is not reflecting the back end.

Steps taken: cleared cache, cleared DNS (mac), attempted in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Torr. all result in no changes to that coded in the backend.

Ahh that makes sense. How would one change the prder on the form though?
