After upgrading to 3.2.x mini cart is not available without side refresh

I'm using the mini cart. With 3.1 after buying a product the small pop up appears and I can immeadtly klick on the text and the mini cart appears and I can start the check out proceses (see attachment 4).

After the migration already the pop up will not be shown (it looks like that there is only a 1 pixel line) but the text appears. But after clicking nothing happens.The link looks correct

After F5 or the changing to another page everything works fine and clicking the text shows the mini cart I can start the Checkout

any idea?

why do you think that jquery is not loaded?

what else is needed?
I tested a little bit. From my perspective the notification box is the problem. as long as the box is on the screen the link is not working (or the dropdown will not be created).

any chance to modify reduce the notification time?

You actually have Jquery issue on your website so that best solution will be to try installing the "JqueryEasy" extension to see if it can fix these issues.
