-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.0

Hi,

on the checkout page when the payment method selected is Stripe, the user is redirected to a page where he has to type the credit card details. As soon as the user has landed on this page the Hikashop order is changed to confirmed status and the product/products are rmeove from cart.

In conclusion Hikashop confirms the order status before the user types all credit card details and clicks the "Submit Payment" button.

If somehow the user decides to click the back button on his browser or just close the browser without typing his credit card details and submitting the payment, we get a confirmed order without any payment in our Stripe account.

Thanks!

Hi,

This means that you've made a mistake in your settings.
For example, if you've selected the "confirmed" status in the "created" column of the menu System>Order statuses, it will directly create the order with the status "confirmed" instead of "created", like it is by default.
It could also happen with mass actions wrongly configured (menu System>Mass actions), or with custom plugins.
I actually don't think that it comes from the stripe plugin itself as I don't see any way it could confirm the order before the payment, reading its code.
