How do I edit the text on the bottom

Where do I edit the text at the bottom of this test email sent to a customer-- Thank you for the order etc. I cannot seem to find it

Hello - Thank you for the article:

I copied this line to the override section on the bottom
ORDER_VALID_AFTER_PAYMENT="Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is received."

and changed it to:

ORDER_VALID_AFTER_PAYMENT="<p><span style="color: #800000; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Attention! This invoice is your ticket. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800000; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Just print it and bring it the day of the Concert.</strong></span></p>."

I tried an order and the original text was still on the customer invoice. Was I supposed to delete it from the top area? I did not clear cashe in my browser - could that cause it.??
